Design & 3D planning
We start with a detailed survey of your space, capture your needs and design every room in a realistic 3D visualisation. Together we pick layouts, materials, colours and lighting, so you can see the final result up front and make decisions with full confidence.
Demolition & strip-outs
We handle all strip-outs of old floors, tiles, sanitary ware, furniture and non-load-bearing elements, protecting neighbouring spaces and shared areas. Debris is removed in an organised, responsible way, so the space is handed over clean for the next phase.
Electrical & plumbing
We rebuild your water, drainage and electrical networks from scratch, to modern safety standards and your real needs. We plan the right positions for sockets, lighting, appliances and connections, ensuring function and reliability for many years to come.
